Appointments & Deposits

Appointment and deposit requirements are confirmed during booking. Your booking is considered secured only after any requested deposit has been received.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling so the following client is not delayed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment. Applicable cancellation terms will be shared when booking.

Infills

Infills are normally recommended every 2–3 weeks. Work from another artist can be filled only after an in-person assessment; otherwise removal and a new set may be required.

Eye Health & Sensitivities

Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, recent eye procedures or medical eye conditions before your appointment. Contact lenses should be removed during treatment.

Aftercare

Avoid water, steam, saunas, swimming and heavy perspiration for the first 24 hours. Use oil-free products around the eyes and do not pull or pick the extensions.
